Corporate - Luncheon Buffet

A buffet is the convenient way to entertain medium to large-sized groups with varying tastes.Select from the offerings listed below to create your perfect meal. Carving stations with servers are also available. We can also provide Hors d'oeuvres to start off and desserts for a sweet ending.

Level A

Chicken - with imported pasta, broccoli, roasted garlic wine sauce
Chicken and spinach cakes [a Struck favorite] - with mushroom sauce
Maple glazed turkey breast - with honey mustard
Chicken and asparagus salad - served over baby greens with julienne carrots and scallions dressed with tarragon-Dijon vinaigrette
Quesadilla - chicken, spinach and Monterey jack cheese with salsa
Lunch Burritos - pulled chicken, pork or beef wrap with rice, salsa and cheese
Lasagna - Italian cheese, noodles, layered with beef and Italian sausage or vegetarian layered with spinach and roasted red peppers
Eggplant Parmesan - thinly sliced eggplant, Parmesan cheese and tomato-basil sauce
Imported pasta - with sautéed spinach, mushrooms and pesto sauce
Vegetable tart - rosemary lemon crust with cheese filling or spinach and feta filling
Penne marinara - with roasted eggplant, red peppers and onion



Level B

Stir fried chicken tenders - bok choy, pea pods, peppers, carrots and scallions
Smoked chicken fajita salad - with avocado, tomatoes, red onion, creamy cilantro dressing topped with tortilla croutons
Chicken, spinach, tomatoes and feta cheese - with vodka-red pepper sauce over pasta
Roasted sage and thyme marinated turkey breast - served warm with sage and thyme gravy
Beef Burgundy - French beef stew with mushrooms and pearl onions
Honey - Bourbon glazed 'airline' Statler chicken breast
Teriyaki grilled flank steak - Jasmine rice and diced vegetables
Asian pork loin - sautéed apples
Chicken pot pie - chunks of chicken, carrots, peas, mushrooms, potatoes with tarragon encased in pastry

Flank steak roulade - with spinach, herb and Asiago cheese filling accompanied by Madeira sauce
Char grilled pork tenderloin - spinach & sundried tomato stuffing with pesto sauce
Stuffed bistro steak - bleu cheese & spinach
Chicken Florentine - boneless breast of chicken served on bed of sautéed spinach - lemon-herb sauce
Herb marinated chicken breast - on a bed of sautéed vegetable noodles with herb jus
Chicken Parmesan - layered with mozzarella cheese and our tomato-basil sauce
Boneless breast of chicken - with caramelized sweet onions, black pepper balsamic sauce
